PART-TIME TO FULL-TIME PATHWAY
L.E.A.P. (Learn. Explore. Aspire. Prepare.) is a paid, cohort-based professional development series for part-time DREAM staff interested in pursuing full-time opportunities. Participants build the professional skills, confidence, and knowledge of DREAM’s career pathways needed to take their next step.

DREAM’s Teaching Fellowship prepares Legends and current or former part-time staff to become full-time teachers. Fellows gain hands-on classroom experience, mentorship, coaching, and professional development as they build the skills and confidence to lead their own classrooms.

SPECIAL EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT
DREAM’s SPED Fellowship helps educators deepen their expertise in special education through advanced learning, practical application, and ongoing feedback. The program equips staff with the knowledge and tools to better understand and support students with diverse learning needs.
